Hi There, I'm Natasha

FOUNDER TWO MINDS TO THRIVE

For a long time, weight was the one area of my life that never felt settled. I could function, work, think clearly, and cope in most areas. But food and weight always felt noisy. I knew what to do. I understood plans. I could follow rules. What I couldn’t do was keep things steady once stress, injury, or life pressure crept in. That experience influences the way I approach weight, behaviour and real-life support.  Most women who struggle with weight aren’t lacking knowledge or discipline. They’re managing full lives, changing bodies, and expectations that no longer match how things actually work.

Along the way, I trained in psychological science, naturopathy, and biomedical science. That training grew alongside my own experience and gave me a deeper understanding of how physiology, habits, and behaviour interact when life isn’t calm or predictable. When I work with clients, I don’t expect perfection. Life isn’t tidy. My role is to help women make sense of what’s influencing their eating and health right now, and to support them in building sustainable approaches.
