We are genuinely interested in helping you plan your weight loss and wellness strategy, and this session will be different from any other free session you’ve ever attended as a result. In fact it may take up to 60 minutes as we begin with techniques to help you connect deeply with your desired outcomes and values. This is an entirely silent process, and you can choose what you share as we dive into a more traditional discussion about your health and nutrition goals. By sharing your story towards the end of the session, you will have experienced our coaching style, learned about our Mind Your Weight, or Mind Your Life programs, and will leave with a clear plan to advance your weight loss journey, even if it isn't with us.
Mind Your Potential uses a comprehensive questionnaire to understand who you are at your core, your drivers, an how you interact with the world. The questionnaire takes about 20 mins to complete. It must be completed in one sitting on a computer at least 48 hours before your appointment. You will receive your graph before the session, which we will discuss in detail in relation to you current daily lived experience. Through this conversation we will uncover the area of your life that coaching will provide the greatest impact across all domains of your life whether it is weight loss, personal development, relationships, career or health and fitness.
