Hi, I'm Natasha!

My experience with weight wasn’t just about food. Life happened. Stress, burnout, injury, and trying to hold everything together left me stuck in a cycle of losing and regaining weight. I’d try to stay healthy, exercise daily, lose weight, then watch it slowly creep back. Each time, it felt harder to try again.

Tired of seeing others succeed while I struggled, I took 20-years of scientific research skills to cut through the confusion and find a solution that made sense. I found a personalised nutrition lifestyle approach that worked for my body, suited my lifestyle, and let me enjoy food and socialising without guilt. But what changed everything was learning how to shift the automatic patterns behind my habits.
